• Instagram: Followers, Likes, Views, Auto Likes, Comments, Live Stream Viewers (60 or 120 minutes).
• TikTok: Followers, Likes, Views, Shares, Comments, Live Stream Viewers (60 or 120 minutes), Live Comments.
• Twitter: Followers, Likes, Retweets.
• YouTube: Subscribers, Likes, Shares, Views, Live Stream Viewers (120 minutes).
• Facebook: Page Followers, Profile Followers, Likes, Video Views, Live Stream Viewers (60 or 120 minutes).
• Twitch: Live Stream Viewers (60 or 120 minutes).

These Services aim to enhance your social media presence across supported platforms. We do not guarantee specific quantities of followers, likes, views, or other metrics, nor do we control the policies or actions of third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch).

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old. If under 18, you must have parental consent.
• Use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless expressly authorized by us in writing.
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, including the terms of service of the supported platforms.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use our Services lawfully and for personal use only.
• Not engage in activities that disrupt, harm, or misuse our Services, such as fraud, hacking, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights.
• Not use our Services to artificially inflate social media metrics for commercial gain (e.g., misleading advertisers or business partners).
• Ensure your social media accounts are set to “public” during service delivery to allow fulfillment.
• Accept full responsibility for complying with the rules of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and any applicable laws.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services without refund.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your buzzgo.co account credentials (e.g., username, password).
• Notify us immediately at Support@buzzgo.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage due to your failure to secure your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Site (collectively “Content”) are owned by buzzgo.co or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our Content without our prior written permission.

10. Retention Guarantee

• We offer a 30-day retention guarantee for delivered Services (e.g., followers, likes). If losses occur within 30 days due to our delivery, we will replace them free of charge, provided you notify us promptly.
• This guarantee is void if you breach these Terms or if losses result from third-party platform actions (e.g., account bans).

11. Disclaimer

• Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use is at your own risk.
• We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch, and we are not responsible for their actions (e.g., account suspensions).
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

• buzzgo.co, its affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Services, not exceeding $25 USD, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Dispute Resolution
